I get a call at 8:00 am this morning and an operator tells me that I was 'chosen' for a $1000 shopping spree that I could use online or in stores, and all I had to do was pay $3.59 a week for this one magazine and I would be getting another 4 free of my choice free. I was skeptical at first, and with good reason, the 'supervisor' then gets on the phone and assures me that they have been in business for 35 years and do this kind of thing all the time.
