Requested FireDog from Circuit City to install a wireless modem. I told them to bring another modem, as I didn't think my current modem was compatible with the NetGear brand sold by Circuit City. The Firedog techie came out, and could not get it to work. He had me request my local phone company to bring out a modem. The phone company came out and completed the wireless install, so I didn't need Firedog to come back out.
