I purchased a TV show series on DVD and out of the 20 DVD's, 12 of them were unwatchable. The labels were just slapped on crooked and the boxes were all damaged. The quality is CRAP! These are illigal bootlegged copies. The company keeps saying they will send replacements and they never do. They keep sending generic emails. This company is a plain RIPOFF.
