I had 4 packages stolen off of my porch on Wednesday the 17th of Dec, one of which was from buy.com. After contacting Fedex and the local authorities, I began contacting the vendors. However, Buy.com does NOT have a contact phone number any where on their site. They do indeed have a support number, but you have to google to high and hell to find it.
