A little over a year ago I was shipped a package that contained a fairly valuable art print. Upon arrival the item was damaged. It had a busted frame, shattered glass, and minor scratches to the print itself. I took the necessary steps to file an insurance claim on the damaged print but have never been reimbursed and I will detail the order of events below: 1.)
