I know I'm not the only one! I've read other complaints just like this. This company is a fraud. Not only does their product not work, they won't acknowledge that you've canceled. They threaten that if you report them to your credit card company and get a reversal of their charges, they will charge you with a crime. They are the ones committing the crime.
