53 third bank has charged me overdraft fees on items that appear as cleared on one day then they appear a few days later when funds have gone down as overdraft. then they charged me a return fee on the same item, so I'm being charged twice on one item. I contacted the branch manager who said to me that theses were legit charges and there was nothing he could do about it. this has been going on for over a month and I have lost over $600.00 during that time.
