My cellphone account is sitting at R18000 and my credit limit is R350.00, I want to know why they let my account run to this amount and when i call the call centre i am given a reference number and they do not give me answers i want know what is the purpose of a credit limit if it cannot be be used.All i know is they are making money out of the consumer to pay for their 15 birthday prize competition charging customer an amount of R7.50 per SMS which is a ripoff read full review »
