I orderer the google success kit online when it said that all I will be charged was $1.00 because it was a special at the time (11-17-2008). On 11-24-08 I was charged additional $11.95 and again in December. I have yet to recieve the item in the mail. I have tried to call the number on my bank statement but no success yet.
