I flew Virgin America for the 1st time. It was a direct flight, and they've misplaced my bag. When I filed the report with Jasmine, she acted like it was no big deal. I've been calling for 3 days now, and they cannot find it. I have called several times a day to check on the status. There seems to be no one working there until 3, and then when I leave messages, no one calls me back. Marilyn who is in their office was the rudest one of all.
