I ordered two packs of eneloop batteries sold by and shipped by Amazon. It was some months before I opened the second pack and there were only 6 batteries in the package (no way to determine that without cutting the package open). I have spent half an hour trying to find a way to communicate with Amazon about this and there appears to be none. Frustrated and upset. read full review »
