I too was scammed by complete savings. When I saw the charge on my bank statement I had no idea who they were and after "googling" them I found their website as well as a slew of complaints similar to mine. They fraudulently received my CC info off of a purchase on FTD. The how still remains a mystery. I read that quite a few people just sucked up the twelve bucks which is absolutely the WRONG thing to do!! Report it to your bank.
