The LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd, , Service Department is absolutely rotten and they have people who don't even know what they are talking about. Nobody is ready to take any responsibilities. We purchased the machine almost a year ago and the front panel started giving us trouble. They created a case the it was bitten by mouse (hillarious!!). I don't have mouse in my house.
