I have been using Airtel Wireless service for the last 7 months and my tariff plan was Rs 799/- All of a sudden this month I have been sent a bill of Rs 2838. When I called the call centre I was informed somebody had called the call centre and have changed my plan from 799 to 3333 by giving the account no and address detail. Account no and address is visible to anyone as when it is getting delivered by post it is easily visible.
