I have been dealing with Quicken Loans for 4 weeks now to purchase a 2nd home. It has been the most draining, horrible experience that i've ever had as a customer. I feel manipulated, belittled, harassed, abused, violated and even feel persecuted by this company. I was assured for 4 weeks that I was pre-APPROVED for a certain amount.
