When we placed our our we request a big fish with no bread and to add: mayo, pickle, catsup, and onion. The cashier accepted the order but when it go to the prep people the manger came out and refused to make it that way. Now mind you, we had ordered the same thing through the drive thru at this location only 2 weeks earlier with no problem. We got a refund and left the store...we will never go back there again! What ever happened to "we make it your way"? Suggestion: Retrain employees to have better customer service skills and to understand that the customer should be treated with respect and not disgust. read full review »
