Sir, I had deposited an amount of Rs. 15000.00 through cheque no. 790606 drawn on Vijaya Bank, V.N. Marg, Allahabad Branch and the same was debited to my account on 5.8.08. The cheque was drawn in favour of Kotak mahindra life insurance co. Ltd. and was paid to them through their Banker Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Allahabad Branch through clearing.
