Sir, i have purchased IFB washing machine model Diva cold on 06.05.2007. Warranty expired on 06.05.2009 now suddenly it stopped working. on complaint service engineer told this is m.s.c.u problem and replace with cost of Rs 2000/-. However, the tub is not rotating. only progaramm selector knob is rotating and complete its job. Now service engineer is telling motor is failed. Now i would like to know, is the life of the motor is only up to warranty period ?. Is it worth to buy IFB any other home appliance ? read full review »
