I purchased a green dot moneypak card at my local WalMart and loaded $25.00 onto it. When I tried to activate and use my card I was told that the card had already been activated and my money was gone. I called the complaint line for the company and was asked to fax a copy of the front and back of the card and also the receipt from WalMart. I did so and received a fax confirmation on July 20, 2009.
