Yesterday I was given a disorderly conduct fine for proecting my property as well as my neighbors. Having just returned from dinner with my two kids I noticed an animal control vechicle two houses down I thought nothing of it. Getting out of my vechicle my neighbors cat approached me so I picked it up and proceeded to my neighbors.
