I purchased a down load report on Barton Publishing’s website. As some other people pointed out since the order process does not have a preview of what items you ordered, when you realize you accidentally ordered something you don't need, which I think their website is misleading on purpose, it is already too late. I called the company right away to have it taken care of and I was told other charges had been taken out of my account, but my request for a confirmation number of email was denied though.
