Ordered flowers to be delivered to Montreal. Order was placed at 10am. Web site says "Same day delivery guaranteed if you place your order before 1pm". Flowers were not delivered. I called the next day to complain and was told it was due to "technical difficulties" - whatever that means. So I asked about the guarantee. Was told they try to do their best. Once again I asked about the guarantee. Bottom line - guarantee is worthless and only because I ordered with a credit card am I receiving a refund. Avoid this company. Avoid! read full review »
