I had a really bad service experience in mcCafe at connecticut norwich. It took about 15 minutes for me to get the two sandwiches while the manager and the other employees were standing behind the counter chatting and laugh out loud. they absolutely ignore me. i was absolutely furious with them. never go back again. read full review »
