I applied for a payday loan through the website over the internet. I was not asked to pay any fees nor did I authorize any fees to come from my account. As it turns out, in my state of residence, payday loans are not even legal anymore. I found a charge for $33.98 on my account from Tavos today and this was in no way authorized by me. I want to know who to contact to resolve this. If anyone knows, please contact me @ [email protected]. Due to the nature of this type of fraud, I will pursue this legally if necessary.
