I have had £74.00 taken from my account without giving anyone authorisation. I have called the company & was given nothing but the run around by a very ill mannered rep of the company. I was told they would contact me by email within 48 hours its now been 4 days & still no communication. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this? read full review »
