On 9/25/08 I made the mistake of ordering a FREE trial of Acai Pure from this company. With the order I also got 2 other products I did not order, and they charged my credit card $44.85 instead of the $4.95 shipping cost. I returned the package the next day after getting a "RMA" # from customer service @ 888-692-8352. I wrote a letter and asked to be removed from the mailing list, and stated how disappointed I was with the service.
