eureka forbes- aqua sure purifier

I have a eureka forbes storage water filter 18 litres capacity. I need to get it serviced but and the cartridges changed but even after repeated complaints and phone calls to customer care number i have got no response. Every time i call up i am told that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but it's been 2 weeks since i started calling the company. Their after sales services are completely lame and misleading. read full review »
