about 2 years we recieved a letter from citimortgage stating that i owe back tax's on our house when we faxed the tax info to citimortgage showing that tax's have been payed since 1987, citibank then sent a letter 2 months after stating we didnt have insurance on the account and that citi bank payed our insurance and again we faxed over the insurance coverage showing the house has been insured since 1987, 2 months later we get another letter from citibank stating we dont have flood insurance and again we faxed over a copy of the... read full review »
