I COMPLETELY agree with, and add to the complaints about this company. I have been fighting with them for almost a year trying to get my house out of the foreclosure process. I missed 3 payments, which I had called them about BEFORE it happened. "We're sorry, can't help you until you fall behind" Then, after being unemployed for 3 months, I have a good job and collect 3K to send them. I call, am told that will be fine, send a bank check.
