Initially i was residing in mumbai and bought the aquaguard(i-nova) from the company salesman. After a year i took the AMC during which they shud have changed the carbon of the product(as told while taking the AMC) which they did not. After the last service of my machine i renewed the contract, immediately after which i shifted to gurgaon. Now the service engineers here are refusing to change the carbon saying that they have no such information and nothing has been written by the service engineer of mumbai, who renewed my contract.
