I'm still on hold while writing this, at 63 minutes so far. The canned message keeps saying that my call is IMPORTANT to them so to keep holding since calls are answered in the order received. There's no excuse for a hold of going on an HOUR. That shows me that my call is anything BUT important to them! read full review »
