I returned a product to this company for a refund. Customer service said the refund had been processed, but I never got my money back. I had purchased a free trial of Acai X3, and after two weeks was shipped another bottle. My bank account was charged $88.55 for this bottle. I called customer service (866-951-1393) to obtain the address to return the bottle to, because I did not want any further bottles of this product.
