Ref: Order no.111698956 dated 23.6.09 for cordless drill machine cum screw driver. Whereas payment for captioned order was remitted vide cheque no.000440 dated 23.06.09 (Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.) the company 0n 07.7.09 has posted "as per merchant mail product out of stock" in order status. Subsequently on 15.7.09 the company has posted "refunded through Gc" in order status. Till date I have not received any refund against non-supply of ordered goods.
