I was with SPRINT for just over 6 years... My average bill was between $150 and $200/month with spikes well over $500 at times. Nearly 2 years ago a SPRINT salesperson talked me into getting a new phone and re-signing a new 2 year contract. Several months later I moved 2 miles up the street where I received terrible (if any) reception. For a year and a half I did everything I could to get help from SPRINT.
