I, too, was charged $14.95. I called the company at 866-883-3309 and asked about this. They told me I had authorized it when I clicked "accept" on the terms and conditions page. This teaches me ALWAYS to read the fine print now; I did not see the $14.95 on the page, but probably didn't look hard enough. And this company knows people don't read all the fine print, so they take advantage! They cancelled and gave me a cancellation number, but in the meantime I am ALSO calling my Chase Visa to dispute the charge. read full review »
