For the third time I arrived at a drive-up at a KFC and the wait was ridiculous. It was 12:30 PM and I had our 3 year old grandson in the car who was tired and hungry. We waited for 10 minutes before even being asked can we be helped. I called out and then a voice came on saying it will be a few minutes because they were having a shift change at that time. How rediculous is that to have a shift change in the middle of lunch rush. The store is located in Houma, LA and their store number is #20511.
