I'm holding Barclays Card for the past 1 yr On Jan’09 I asked the executive to cancel my card due to poor service. But till date my card was not cancelled. I ask the executives that I have not used the card from Jan’09, then why should I have to pay the late payment fee, interest etc… I asked the total outstanding balance and the letter regarding the amount I have to pay.
