i am in the same situation, this company has now taken 150 dollars from me account, i am based in the uk and have informed by bank of this and they have advised me that they are contacting this company about me getting my money back, however in the meantime i am having 85 dollars taken from my accoung every month asthey say i entered into a subscription which cant be cancelled.i have only every receieved the product once and i have emailed them over 20 times asking for details of where i send this back but they just keep ignorning me.can anyone help as i am getting seriously stressed out by this. read full review »
