Bought a Samsung Fridge 10-09-06 and on 01-07-08 the ice maker went out for the 4th time. I called the Lowes Service Center and they wanted to make a service appointment. I bought the 4 year EPP cost $200.00 they said there was nothing they could do, I would have to call the store to talk to the manager. So I call the store get put on hold for 26 minutes and the lady answers says who are you holding for and then puts me on hold again.
