My wife also signed up for a trial shippment of green tea and now we are getting hit with autorized charges for something not even received for over $80. My bank is giving us a very hard time about it and we are having to go through all the hoops to get them to even seriously consider this is unautorized and not a contract we entered into, thus, sorry for our loss but you asked for it.
