I am having a Fiat palio Nv ELX. The rear window glass of my car broke. I went to the service centre at Raipur - National garage. This happened on 13th of July. I was ready to pay for the glass in advance when the person at the desk said it is very difficult to get the spares of Fiat cars. However they did not collect the advance payment. But till date i have not received any feedback as to when they would be receiving the Spare glass. I bought the car after TATA motors decided to Market the cars.
