I booked a hotel through Roomsnet.com and upon my arrival at the hotel I was told that my booking had been cancelled by Roomsnet.com the previous day. I had to pay again at the hotel and was told by Roomsnet that they would refund me the money. Nearly 4 weeks have now passed and I have only been given a partial refund and only got that after phoning almost every single day of my holiday.
