26 march 2009 withdrew £65 from my direct dd should have been £6.50, I agree with all other coments i have read with one exception in that i ways sent a cheque that sbsequently bounced, the reason they gave me was that the cheque book was stolen and another one would be sent in next 2-3 days, well i am still waiting, i am considering taking them to the small claims court but will it be worth it, if they have gone into liquidation, the cost i believe would be £35, i tried the bank initialy but was told that i had to take it up with the company myself, as direct debits are set up in trust, thats a laugh, where do i go from here. read full review »
