I own a Sony ericsson K850i(IMEI No. 358874014255307) and was facing some problems regarding the touchpad. I submitted my phone to a nearest service centre for repairing the touch on 21 - July - 2009. Initially they failed to complete their commitment of returning my phone within 3 days, even after specifying that 'I am a student from Punjab(a different state of India around 300 K.m. from Delhi) and I am in Delhi till 29 - july - 2009.
