Was lead to believe if not completely satisfied with product could return for full refund and cancellation without any problems...as it states at the bottom of the invoice " if not completely satisfied simply call 1-888-247-5160 between 8:30am and 5:00pm EST to request an RMA and send the product back according to instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees." Willing to pay shipping fees just want my money back for the product that has not been opened...seal still intact.
