I worked back in 2000 for a few LONG weeks. At some point, they decided they had to lay-off a few new people they "over-hired". I later tried(and again thisyear) to get a job at SEARSholdings. and was told i was ineligible for rehire because I was TERMINATED. I know theres a contract we all sign when working for an "AT WILL" employer, but there is also normally a reason for termination. THERE ISNT ONE!
