Clean and Clear, Iam a 30 yr old female and my arms have been covered with freckles since I was five due to lots of sun exposure, and I have fair skin. All my life I have been self concious of my arms and never wear short sleeves in public. I have tried creams and I have had 3 IPL Laser treatments to try to rid them.
