This company and I believe both AxisWellnessPortal and DenTechWhitening are one in the same. I ordered samples only, authorized postage only to be deducted from my credit card. Approximately 2 weeks later while I'm loooking at online at my checking account this a.m. I see a debit for $88.97 done by Dentechwhitening phone number 888-822-4806 and another debit for $9.99 done by AxisWellnessPortal phone number 888-279-0604.
