In the month of July I paid my cable company $206.34 I normally pay $225.00 a month. I was having a problem with my DVR for 20 days. They came out and fixed it on July 20, 2009, they were suppose to issue a credit for my inconvience, instead, they never issue me the credit and on August 4, 2009 they interupted my service, and then they have the nerve to tell me that I owe them $125.00 to have my service restored. Not to mention that on the 26th of this month they are going to be expecting another $225.00. I think that Time Warner Cable of NYC are a rip off! read full review »
