I ordered the free sample and before I even receivedit and try it, my account was charged and more was being shipped to me. I have been trying for over a week to cancel this and was told I was not able to cancel with out filling this form out. The disclaimer on the product is very miss leading and it very hard to find. I think this is false advertisement and the company is taking advantage of people in dispair. read full review »
